FACTORY 92 is a passionately-run, competitively-driven and synergistically-diversified music PR, marketing and consulting agency, with its own record label and artist management division (MASSIVE 92), based in Hamburg, Germany.

We are offering a paid 3-month internship at our office in Hamburg, Germany, starting October 1st or 15th.

As an intern at FACTORY 92 you will not be brewing coffee. We promise hands on experience with music PR, festival marketing and international export projects. You will become the important 7th member of our full-time team. This is also a unique opportunity for you to build a truly international music industry and media network, with FACTORY 92 being Europe’s leading agency when it comes to cross-border and music export driven projects

You will support our PR, Export and Marketing projects for clients such as MCT, FKP Scorpio, SZIGET Festival, EXIT Festival, City Slang, Secretly Canadian, Dead Oceans, MXD – Music Export Denmark, M For Montreal, SPOT Festival, Most Wanted: Music, Music Austria, Sub Pop, Grönland, Cargo Records, Merge, Ink Music, Viva Con Agua, Secret City, V2 Records, Captured Tracks, Crunchy Frog, Glassnote and many more.

Main responsibilities:

We are happy to adapt the role to your strengths and interests, but some of your main tasks will include:
- Project research (indentifying potential partners and new contacts)
- Supporting onsite project work (such as handling event guestlists at the door)
- Collecting press clippings and campaign results
- Drafting campaign reports
- Creating and drafting newsletters
- Translations (German/English)
- Taking care of our website and Social Media channels
- Supporting logistics and travel organization

Skills and qualifications:

We are looking for an intern who is: 
- Preferably a student within culture/music/marketing/journalism or similar
- Passionate and curious about music and media
- Internationally- and open-minded 
- Detail-oriented
- A multi-tasker
- A team player
- Fluent in German and English

Nice to have, but not obligatory:
- Experience working with Mailchimp 
- Experience working with Canva

Further internship details:
- Term is fixed for a 3-month period October - December
- Internship is full-time (40 hours/week)
- Internship requires you to work out of Hamburg, Germany
- There will be an internship compensation
